About the Dalmatian
| The Dalmatian featured in this
web page and current advertising was David’s
constant companion and friend, Max. Unfortunately,
Max passed away at the end of last year after
living a wonderful life for 11 years. Fortunately,
David and Carolyn Groner adopted another dalmatian,
Maggie who was rescued by Katherine Porter ,
a volunteer with the Lafayette Humane Society,
when a starving dalmatian was reported abandoned
in a rural area of Vermilion Parish. |

| Katherine took Maggie home and nourished her
back to life. In the process, Katherine fell
in love with this beautiful female dalmatian
but since she had already two other dogs at
her home, it was not feasible to keep her. |
