David Groner, PLC has filed a class
action/ mass tort litigation as a result of damages
that students, teachers and others have sustained
due to exposure/inhalation of certain hazardous
and harmful chemicals at New Iberia Senior High
School during September 2003.
If you or a family member has been
affected by exposure to these chemicals and you

Dr. Patricia Williams, with LSU Health
Sciences Center School of Medicine, one of the leading
toxicologists in the State of Louisiana has analyzed
the substances contained in ARMOR FLEX ™. Dr. Williams
says that the toxins in ARMOR FLEX ™ can cause cancer,
blood disorders, birth defects and damage to the

On October 3, 2003, David Groner, P.L.C. and its
team of experts, including, Chip Pierrotti and LSU
professor of Environmental Science, Dr. Paul Templet
conducted several tests at New Iberia Senior High
School. The results of these tests will assist us
in determining the levels of toxins inside the building.
